IPC-40030: Reset Request and Grant connectivity checks for protocol IPs

Description

The reset Request and Grant ports of protocol IP, if present, must be connected to the Request and Grant ports of the same GTS Reset Sequencer IP.

Recommendation

Ensure that Request and Grant ports of protocol IPs, if present, are handled by respective ports of the same GTS Reset Sequencer IP
