CAUSE: You chose Back-Annotate Assignments Dialog Box ; however, one of the following conditions exist:

You did not compile the current design to the placed stage of fitter.
The Quartus Prime software is currently compiling a design.

ACTION: Compile the current design to the placed stage of fitter, stop the Compiler or wait for the compilation to complete, then back-annotate the assignments.
