TMC-20015: Inconsistent Min-Max Delay
Description
Violations of this rule identify ports with an inconsistent I/O delay assignment. Minimum delay values specified must be less than or equal to maximum delay values.
Recommendation
Modify the delay values to ensure that the minimum delay is less than or equal to the maximum delay.
