Triple Speed Ethernet
Triple-Speed Ethernet Intel® FPGA Intellectual Property (IP) unterstützt die Datenraten 10 Mbit/s, 100 Mbit/s und 1 Gbit/s bei allen Intel FPGA Familien. Dieser IP wird im reinen MAC-Modus (zur Verbindung mit externen PHY-Chips) oder im MAC+PHY-Modus unter Einsatz des SGMII-Protokolls angeboten.

100G Ethernet
Das neueste Ethernet-Protokoll, das zunehmend Verbreitung findet, ist das 100G-Protokoll. Der 100G IP nutzt mehrere Kanäle mit entweder 10G oder 25G. Intel bietet 100G Ethernet für CAUI und CAUI-4 mit Backplane-Unterstützung und Zeitsynchronisierung mit IEEE 1588v2-Unterstützung.

Intel hat das Ausführen von 800G Ethernet auf einem Intel® Agilex™ FPGA der I-Reihe mit 2 F-Tiles auf OFC 2022 demonstriert.
