The fitter performed optimizations on 8LUTs that may result in 
functionally incorrect LUTMASK bit settings. 
This patch corrects the issue.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus Prime 18.0.1 software or must
          install the Quartus Prime 18.0.1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus Prime
          software will not run properly.
