Problem: The following mouse actions in SignalTap will hang entire GUI
	 1. Attempting to resize any the column widths in the Data or
	    Setup windows 
	 2. Attempting to Zoom on waveforms in the Data window


Solution: The hang is caused by a predefined QT function(grabMouse)
	  and it is not needed.Fixed by removing these redundant functions.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the 
          Quartus II 10.1 SP1 software or must 
          install the Quartus II 10.1 SP1 software 
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will 
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II 
          software will not run properly.
