Description:

Patch# 0.22fw: 
 This patch fixes the SDM mailbox voltage sensor readout issue which was exceeding device specification with VADC equations workaround, new fuse equation differentiator and raw value sampling improvement in Intel Agilex devices.

Part of this ACS below are the changes :
1. Agilex : SDM mailbox voltage sensor readout is exceeding device specification

2. Agilex: sdi test passed is passing in QII23.3b97, qii23.2 and below versions,  but failed in the qii23.3b104 version

3. Agilex: F-tile Dynamic Reconfiguration Design Fails to function when programmed with Quartus 23.3, yet functions properly when programmed with Quartus 23.2

Patch# 0.06fw: 
 Integrate latest comprehensive UX Hard IP firmware for improved F-tile (General purpose Tile) functionality.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 23.3 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 23.3 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.
