Description:

Patch# 0.50fw: 
 Pre-requests: 0.29fw
Includes 0.45fw, 0.39fw, 0.36, 0.34fw, 0.28fw, 0.16fw, 0.11fw, 0.09fw and following fixes/changes:

1. Mode 2:
   Quartus Programmer and firmware fixes to apply M20K repair to hierarchical PR selectively based on parent/child relationships and static and PR regions. Bug was impacting PR reconfiguration only. Does not impact non PR flows. Impacts all Agilex FPGA family of devices.

   LSM Sector FW issue (Mode 1):
   Firmware fixed a bug to clear the M20K repair registers prior to loading M20K repair fuse data. This bug can cause a failure during a partial or full reconfiguration cycle on Agilex FPGAs.

2. PR (FW corrupts CRAM data during PR persona programming):
   Firmware bug fix to ensure a data line buffer row update was being applied to the correct row. This bug can cause a failure during a partial or full reconfiguration cycle on Agilex FPGAs.

 This patch fixes the issue of possible M20K functional failure after partial reconfiguration on Agilex devices.

Patch# 0.39fw: 
 This patch fixes the SDM firmware bug that when the Sub-System Manager (SSM) RAM repair information is applied incorrectly, this RAM is inaccessible to users. The impacted Agilex OPNs are: AGF019, AGF023, AGI019, AGI023.

 This patch fixes the issue where the DO_REAL_TIME_ISP option is missing from the JAM/JBC file when the file is generates using quartus_cpf command with CDF file and background_programming option.

1.Incorrect PMBus frequency and duty cycle in the first configuration cycle after power up.
