Description:

Firmware changes

This patch includes fixes for the following issues.

1. The RSU fails to recover after using an incorrect device application image.
[Bug/feature tracking number: 15012244374]

2. During 2x8 bifurcation mode, refclk1 is not present because PCIe0 can not be identified after reboot.
[Bug/feature tracking number: 15010732972]

3. Resolve an intermittent Partial Reconfiguration (PR) failure, where the SDM hangs due to a race condition between config and mailbox tasks.
[Bug/feature tracking number: 15010163395]



Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.2 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.2 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.
