Description:

Patch# 0.17: 
 This patch fixes the timing violations  in F-Tile Reference and System PLL Clocks Intel FPGA IP when the “Refclk #i is active at and after device configuration” options are unticked. 




Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 23.2 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 23.2 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.

Note:
