Located in Kokomo, Indiana, the Button Dodge dealership specializes in Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge automobiles. Josh Shannonhouse, the IT director interviewed in this case study, oversees the computer and network operations at the Button Dodge facility (which has 55 employees) and at sister company, McGonigal Buick/GMC/Cadillac (which has 88 employees).
